The Stannary Clinic has been established in Tavistock by four local doctors, who have recognised a need to provide private medical services to Tavistock and neighbouring districts. The clinic offers a range of services, but at the heart of the business is the provision of cosmetic laser and intense pulsed light therapies.
Using state of the art British laser technology supplied by Manchester based Lynton Lasers, clients are able to undergo long-term hair removal; treatment for acne; and removal of thread veins and pigmented lesions such as liver spots. There are few clinics offering therapy of this type and quality in the South West.
The Stannary Clinic has undergone a rigorous assessment by the Healthcare Commission. This body has been set up in recent years to ensure that the services offered by any private healthcare establishment reaches the same exacting standards that apply to the NHS. All clients can be reassured that the services offered by the Stannary Clinic will be of the highest quality and will be led by fully qualified and experienced doctors.

Bookings are now being taken on 01822 616893, with all initial consultations for laser treatment being offered for £50. This fee is deducted from the first session of any course of treatment taken up thereafter.
